Pick and Pack Fulfillment Services
InService America has provided quality fulfillment & letter receipting services for years. With our new call center facility that we opened a year and a half ago, InService America can now expand upon these fulfillment services, and are doing so through ISA Direct. Our expanded facilities include:
- Pick and Pack Assembly
- Seamless Direct Mail Services
- Dock-high Receiving
- Customized Inventory, Reporting, and Quality Control
- Bar Coding and CASS Certification
- Full UPS, USPS, and FedEx Shipping
InService America provides fulfillment services. Our full-range fulfillment services include the following:
- Set-up: This service includes the receiving and initial inventory of all SKU’s. It includes creating the database in the fulfillment system, and physically setting up the pick and pack and bulk storage areas.
- Receiving: It is assumed that after the initial stock is received, new items and additional quantities will be shipped to InService America for processing. The receiving function assures the proper identification of incoming stock, validation of the quantities, labeling of the cartons, entering quantities into the inventory management system, and putting the material to storage.
- Order Processing: This service is broken out as follows:
- Order Entry: Orders will be received via electronic downloads and will automatically generate order forms.
- Order Verification: All orders are visually checked to assure information is complete.
- Pick and Pack: After orders are released to the floor for processing, the individual items are picked from their location and packed into appropriate shipping containers. A packing list accompanies all packages.
- Shipping: InService America uses all different shipping companies and chooses the most appropriate method of shipping determined by size, weight, nature of the product, and destination.
- Inventory Management: This service is defined as the ongoing assurance of accuracy in inventory. Daily, weekly, and monthly procedures are in place to assure the accuracy of the inventory as well as spontaneous “tests” and “salting” events.
- Warehouse Storage/Direct Mail: Obviously a large requirement of fulfillment and inventory management is having the proper storage space to store large quantities of material. We currently have access to 120,000 square feet of warehouse space.
- Reports: InService America offers extensive and proactive reports to assure the customer is fully aware of inventory levels and item usage.
